The project “Preserving Media Art Collection of the Netherlands” will end in November with a seminar in collaboration with the University of Amsterdam (UvA). Fourteen video collections in the Netherlands have been preserved for future access. In addition to this, two studies were conducted: The first study is about how to deal with born-digital art in Dutch museums and the second deals with copyright issues surrounding the online exhibition of video art and was produced in collaboration with Kennisland. The seminar will consist of presentations and workshops. Program will follow.
