Introduction workshop Blender (an open source animation tool)

The Netherlands Media Art Institute has started with the Orange Movie project in coorporation with the Blender foundation this autumn. With the Orange Open Movie project the Netherlands Media Art Institute and the Blender foundation want to promote open source software. The Blender workshops are an important part of this mission.

In one day the participants will be introduced in the Blender software by the Artists in Residence themselves, under the guidance of Ton Roosendaal - director of the Blender foundation and co-production leader of the Orange open Movie project. At the end of the day the Artists in Residence present the Orange Movie project.



It is a day of to listening, looking at and especially working with the software.
